Development Plans Reworked

It always bothered me that you couldn't use all Development plans without all of your players ending up (way too fast) with 5 5.

Therefore, this Mod.

- Removed work rates from original development plans into separate ones. (3 weeks to 2 months per level, depending on player form)

-  One new plan that does, well...nothing. Your players are getting too OP ? You want a challenge ? Simply use this; Couch potato improves not a single thing.

- Updated to run with TU12

- Slightly buffed the WF and SM plans.

- Added a new GK plan that only improves positioning.  (The reason for this is that I've noticed that many goalkeepers from the youth academy often have

a positioning stat that is substantially lower than their other stats.)

- Instead, there are 2 new plans that focus on improving SM and WF AND it takes significantly longer. (up to 6–9 months per star, depending on player form)

- Slightly altered the existing GK plans and added 2 new ones.

- Finally, 3 completely new plans that focus on a few specific attributes.

Installation:

1. Open FIFA Mod Manager.

2. Import this Mod.

3. Apply Mod.

4. Launch EA FC 24 via FIFA Mod Manager.
