Tired of not being able to reach the resources on high cliffs? This replaces Painkillers with pills that let you teleport. On activation, it creates a blue target in the direction you are facing. That target can be up or down a cliff. Shortly after, you are teleported there savely. WARNING: You can obviously reach places with this that are normally unreachable or are story locked. So use at your own risk!
