The Phantom Unmasked (or Re-Masked)

Simply makes the Nocturnal Phantom outfit use it's unmasked cutscene variant, or it's masked variant in cutscenes.

This mod was laughably easy to create, I'm basically only uploading this so people know this is a thing you can do, and how easy it is.

Shout out to BPM for replacing Nocturnal Phantom with Survivalist, I wouldn't have bothered looking into it and found out how simple it is if he didn't make my Crane look like a hippie.

How to do it yourself:

• []Open Data0.pak[/]

  []Go to scripts folder[/]

  []Grab playerappearance.scr[/]

  []Copy it out of the .pak, open the .scr file in notepad[/]

  []Look for whatever outfit you wish to edit[/]

  []If you want to make it use it's cutscene model, the ID will be found next to ModelTppLodCC[/]

  []Do NOT replace ModelFpp (it'll make your model vibrate in first person), replace ModelTpp and ModelUI[/]

  []Save the edited .scr file[/]

  []Make a folder called "scripts", put the edited playerappearance.scr inside it[/]

  []Compress folder to zip[/]

  []Rename "scripts.zip" to "data2.pak"[/]

  []Place in ph_ft\source[/]

  []DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111!1111!!!!![/]

  Not even sure if it needs to be in the scripts folder, BPM placed it in scripts\inventory, and it still loaded.

  You can also do this to replace outfits with other outfits, obviously. So you can replace the model of an outfit you DO have with an outfit you DON'T have. Just make sure to put the right IDs in the right place, if you want it to have default behaviour.

  This method works with replacing cutscene models with their in-game variants, too. Just make sure you use the ID for the THIRD person model (Tpp), not the first person model (Fpp).
