The survival mode has been rebalanced, this includes changes to hunger consumption, sleep consumption, and battery life, which are also more balanced.
Survival System
The survival system has been completely reworked, as it was previously broken and forced the player to constantly eat for no real reason, making it feel like Crane just escaped prison yesterday and had no idea what he was doing. It now works in a much more stable and balanced way, making survival fairer and less annoying.
Sleeping now consumes a bit more hunger-related resources, making the system more consistent without being too punishing. Dying is now slightly more punishing.
The flashlight has also been improved and now lasts much longer, making exploration smoother and less stressful.
Installation instructions
Step 1 - It is necessary to edit the .pak file, like this: data#.pak = data7.pak. You need to choose a number to replace the "#" with a number between 2 and 7.
Step 2 - Place the .pak edited in your Dying Light The Beast\ph_ft\source folder.
