NG Plus and XP Progression block Removed

Game version 1. 5. 1

There is a block that was put in by the developers after the V1. 5. 0 update, that prevents you from exceeding beyond a certain Legend Level

or gain extra XP within each NG+ cycle. For example, you can`t reach beyond Legend Level 40 on a NG+1 cycle. At Legend Level 35, the NG+

Multiplier (Indicted on the Legend Level Shield while hovering the cursor on it in-menu) is reduced from x2. 5 to x0. 5, and when you reach

Legend Level 40, it goes down completely all the way to 0. When this multiplier is set to 0, it block all other forms of XP Multipliers, such as

'Difficulty' or 'Night Time'. When you reach a Higher NG+ playthrough, this block is removed until a certain point in that new NG+ cycle when

it is activated again and removed on the following NG+ playthrough. And so it goes....

This was a major hurdle on my Legend Cap Increase. Legend Level 600 mod which blocked you from exceeding beyond Legend Level 300.

A solution was found with the help of arankt who pointed me in the right direction. Check author`s mods and endorse.
