Hunger Reworked

The purpose of this mod is to keep the 'Hunger System' intact, but to adjust it so it won`t be a constant nuisance over your head.

The 'Hunger System' is active and functions on 'Nightmare' difficulty as is, no alterations in regards to consumption, depletion rate,

actions (combat, parkour) affect on hunger consumption rate and so forth.

ADJUSTMENTS:

Hunger level increased to 3,000 (from 1,000).

Threshold levels were adjusted accordingly: Nearly full/Hungry/Very Hungry/Famished → 2700/2100/1100/350.

Hunger respawn/revive percentage increased to 50%.

No penalties on sleeping/revive.

Increased hunger regeneration amount from food sources, added one extra level of hunger amount regain: very small, Small, Medium,

Large → 200 hunger points/ 300/ 450/ 600.

Food now also heals as on other difficulties, each food source gives different amounts of health regeneration:

- Energy Bars: 5% healing, 200 Hunger Points.

- Cookies: 10% healing, 300 Hunger Points.

- Dried Meats / Drinks: 15% healing, 450 Hunger Points.

- Dried Foods: 20% healing, 600 Hunger Points.

All food types can be consumed even if you are at 'Full Hunger' or 'Full Health'.

Lowered prices of Energy Bars/Food in store.

Energy Bars/Food stack in inventory up to 999.

'ENERGY BARS' BUFFED VERSION:

In addition to all changes listed above, this version adds a significant buff for a short period of time to each food source. These buffs

vary from one type to another and they are as follows:

'Energy Bar' - 5% of health regain, 200 hunger points, 50% damage increase for 30 seconds.

'Cookies' - 10% of health regain, 300 hunger points, 2. 5% Health Regeneration for 30 seconds.

'Dried Meats' - 10% health regain, 450 hunger points, 30% damage reduction (All types) for 30 seconds.

'Drinks' - 15% health regain, 450 hunger points,  50% stamina increase for 30 seconds.

Dried Foods' - 20% health regain, 600 hunger points,  Immortality for 10 seconds.

Each version comes with an optional addition that eliminates Flashlight degradation on 'Nightmare' difficulty.

Installation Instructions:

  ALWAYS back up you game save files before using new mods.

  Unpack the downloaded rar file. Use WinRar or 7zip, don`t use windows explorer, especially the 'Extract All' option.

Move the data4.pak file to your Dying Light the Beast game directory and place it in ph_ft\source folder.
