Grapple Hook for Sale

Makes lvl1 grapple hook available in the first shop. as early in the game as i could work it out.

This was originally a supplement to my other mod - Camo Mod plus

i can edit this mod such that is ruins any other shop mods your using after merge. or you can crack open the merged pak to check that at(or around)

line 456 the line:         Item("Craftplan_GrappleHook_FT_T1"); is present. 7z fm will do it. then right click and hit edit. the script will open up in notepad. (this is suitable for quick checks or easy edits, you should use np++ or vscode or some other ide if you wanna examine/compare stuff.)

or just disable your other shop mods(no impact to your character) install this one, buy the hook, and then reinstall whatever shop mod your using.
