Better Enemy Gibbing

Readds cut gore effects to the Goon, Demolisher, and restores head destruction effects for the Spitter. Additionally adds gore effects to the Demolisher Chimeras for those who use Chainsaw modpack.

Changes listed below:

Installation is simple. Place the data pak in ph/ft/source. Rename it to anything from 1-7 if you have mods that overwrite anything, or merge it.

place assets_4_pc into work\data_platform\pc\assets. max limit is 5

STANDARD GORE

Head gore for average enemies now has 3 seperate, unique broken variations per the top and bottom of the head.  This isn't for specials quite yet.

Volatiles can now have their guts cut open aswell.

Demolishers

Demolishers can now have their guts cut open and their sides split, just like the Goon. Additionally, they can be split in half (very rare). Additionally, they can have their legs cut off aswell.

Similarly to the demolishers, they can have their arms sliced off, additionally, they too can be split in half and are now able to have their limbs cut off again. Goons can now have their arms severed at low health while alive.

Armored Biters

Armored biters can have their torso gibbed and can have half their jaw split, something that was previously not allowed with their previous wounding preset. Armored biters/helmeted enemies still cannot have their heads destroyed. I like this but whenever we get more model capabilities, I'd like to restore helmet popping for them.
