Sneed's E3 Models

I know this is the third time I've uploaded an "E3 model overhaul" type of mod, this is the last time.

The previous two were highly inaccurate, buggy, and low quality. I am much more proud of the models in this version than any models I have previously made. They are much higher quality, and incredibly accurate. With over 200 unique restored models from 2018, 2019, and 2020; I am pleased to say that this version truly replicates the feel of the game's old models. Thank you for all the support I received on my previous mods :)

This mod comes with two versions:

Downpatch Version:

This version includes 2019 Biter and Viral models. However, this version requires the game to be downpatched to any version before 1. 15 (Firearms Update). You can find tutorials online about how to downpatch your game.

Up-to-date Version:

This version does not include any changes to Biter and Viral models. This means it functions on the most recent versions of Dying Light 2. At some point in the future, I will be creating Biter models for this version of the mod. But Virals cannot be restored.

The Peacekeepers:

Restored to their former glory, The Peacekeeper's now flaunt their accurate 2019 designs, with their blue and green colour pallete. In order to restore the quality of 2019's Peacekeeper textures, many of their textures have been upscaled and even completely remade. They now are now, overall, of much higher quality, accuracy and variety.

The Colonel's Renegades:

Completely remade from the ground up, The Colonel's Renegades now use accurately restored 2019 models. Every single model that was seen in the 2019 demo has been restored, leading to much higher variety.

The Survivors:

All 2018 and 2019 Survivor models have been accurately restored. No more strange decals, odd colours, or out of place clothing meshes that the retail Survivors suffer from. They now look like real peasants, as intended in the games original world.

Waltz's Men:

As seen throughout concept art and leftover images, Waltz's soldiers as seen in 2020 have been restored. With a more greyscale colour pallete, and their much more vicious looking mask designs.

The Bloodsgang:

As seen in 2019 hint images, and the 2018 gameplay trailers, Jack and Joe's original gang has been restored. This red and orange themed group of bandits now roams the streets of Old Town, as they did in 2019.

The Vikings:

The Vikings; the grey, red and green themed bandits who lived in The Central Loop. While they didn't have a wide variety of models, they have all been restored with a high level of accuracy.
