reduced survivor sense

not a fan of the survivor sense ability me neither. this mod aim to make it much easier to swallow buy reducing the visual range from 60m to 10 meter while halving icon detection range for most icons but investigation range which stay vanilla.

a few details:

- both loot & inhibitors detection range reduced to 5m from 20

- no more survivor sense spam, 10 second cooldown is now added

- detection range in now only 10 meters for most icons

- duration of survivor sense deceased to 5 seconds

- height also decreased to 5m
