Howlers replace roaming volatiles, and Chases on nightmare are more difficult!

[]howlers spawn on rooftops, replacing volatiles, they also roam a little on street level

]howlers do not spawn at daytime[]virals no longer spawn from noise/at random
[]chases on nightmare mode progress faster, and if you let a howler continue to howl it will increase by an alarming amount (level 4 reached in about 30 seconds) useful if you want to skip straight to level 5
[]chases on nightmare do not end unless you get to a safe zone
[]chase level 5 takes slightly longer to reach, but is (hopefully) dramatically more difficult, and will last through the entire night, even in a safe zone
