This mod changes the weather instantly on demand, not waiting for any transitions. Just press F5 to cycle thru different weather conditions.

#Installation:
unzip the zip file and copy winmm.dll and DL2WeatherChanger.asi into your game directory
( -> SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2 Stay Human Reloaded Edition\ph\work\bin\x64\ )
winmm.dll will inject any asi file that exists in the game directory, so if you already have a asi loader installed from using some other mod, you only need to copy DL2WeatherChanger.asi into your game dir to make it work.
The asi loader used comes from here: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/Ultimate-ASI-Loader/releases
