📋 About This Mod
Just unzip the data2.zip file, then add the resulting data2.pak file to your [... Steam_Library]/Dying Light 2/ph/source/ folder - then your weapons won't wear out.

NOTE:
It doesn't 'fix' the wear and tear on a weapon - it just prevents any further wear and tear.
So if your weapon is at 10% durability and you install this mod - then you can keep on fighting without that weapon getting worse or breaking - it will stay on 10% for as long as this mod is installed. If you pick up a new weapon it will stay on 100% durability.
If You Get A Conflict With An Existing Mod
If you have mods installed already that have created a data2.pak file, then you might need to manually merge this mod in to your existing one.
i.e. the game does not come with an existing 'data2.pak' file - if you are prompted to overwrite an existing file when you install this mod - then it is likely you already have a mod installed.
It is possible your other mod has not changed the same files as this mod, in which case you can unzip this mod and rename the 'data2.pak' file to 'data3.pak' or 'data4.pak' and then see if it works alongside your existing mods.
If your other mods stop working when you install this mod as data3.pak, or data4.pak, or data5.pak, etc - then you have a conflict - meaning your other mods have changed the same files as this mod.

Some Technical Details If You Have A Conflict With Another Mod
Changes the 'MeleeWpnDurabilityMulReduce' parameter in the following 4 files - setting the value to 0. 0:
- scripts/player/player_variables.scr
- scripts/player/player_variables_easy.scr
- scripts/player/player_variables_hard.scr
- scripts/player/player_variables_nightmare.scr
This is branched off the latest 1. 11. 1c data0.pak file - so if you have other mods that have also changed these files - then you will have to do some work merging the changes here with the changes made by your other mods... If that doesn't make sense to you then you have some googling and reading up to do - there is plenty of information out there. Notepad++ can show the difference between text files and help you merge the process.
