Binoculars will now aquire targets much faster when you aim it at landmarks. Also removes annoying binocular sway that makes it harder to aim
Place data2.pak in ph/source. Rename if you already have data2 between 3-9, or merge paks with winrar.
Not compatible with mods using common_skills, detecablesconfig.scr and locations.scr
