In the aftermath of March Massacre, General Pratt ordered the confiscation of all civilian firearms. Rumours say that few survivors were able to hide their weapons.

Objective: Find all six weapon crates

NEW WEAPONS:

- Bloody Scorpio (hybrid weapon, press X to toggle firemode)

- Explosive pistol (hybrid weapon, press X to toggle firemode)

- PK machine gun

- Spear blueprint

- Distress grenade (spawns NPC to aid you)

HOW TO USE

1. To ensure mod is working correctly, go to start location (see pictures). You should find there yellow test crate and debug text above it.

Also make sure theres one distress duck grenade inside the crate.

2. There is six more crates scattered around Central Loop. If needed, use survivor's map as a guide:

HOW TO INSTALL

1. Drag & drop data6.pak to game installation folder C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2\ph\source

2. (Optional) Rename original city_persistent_pc.rpack to BACKUPcity_persistent_pc.rpack (Location C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dying Light 2\ph\work\data_platform\pc\assets\city)

3. Drag & drop modded city_persistent_pc.rpack to City folder (folderpath same as in step 2). Override original rpack if you skipped step 2.

Pro tip: Hybrid weapon switch share same keybind (X) with walking. Turn off Toggle Walk from game options so you don't start walking everytime you switch weapon mode.

If/when game gets updated you have to redo step 3 since Steam overrides modified .rpack file. Old BACKUPcity_persistent_pc.rpack can be removed when game is updated.

HOW TO UNINSTALL

1. In game, remove all custom gun items from your stash and inventory

2. Remove data6.pak from game installation folder

3. Delete city_persistent_pc.rpack

4. Rename BACKUPcity_persistent_pc.rpack back to original (Or verify game files if dont have that file anymore)

If your save crashes after uninstalling the mod, follow step 1. Install mod again, drop all modded items on ground and uninstall mod.
