Banshee Hag Fixed

I made this mod because the Hag is just unbearable to fight.

It simply activates elemental and hit reactions so Hags actually react to incoming damage instead of eating all your attacks like a wall.

To extend the feedback even further, grappling hook and dropkicking will trigger ragdoll now (affects regular Banshees too).

This mod is just a snack from my other mod Just Ragdoll, that's where the real magic is at.
