Restores DevTools developer menu UI without replacing .xui's
Notice that this won't bring the disabled features such as god mode, etc. I just restored the UI
Installation:
Drop .asi and "winmm.dll" (used to load the .asi) inside "SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Dying Light\"
Additionally, replaced "Quest Talks" button with Storage, as it was unused.
