No repair textures

Removes metal parts from repaired weapons. I excluded event weapons; I'm certain that events are monitored by the devs so they could detect mismatch in your games; no need for that. I also added optional file which change texture of Vicious Katana to normal katana and Premium Katana to gold katana. Just unpack archive and drop DW_DLC9 to main game folder. You can also put files from other mods into the archive, so no need to modify Data3.pak; this way game "doesn't know" it has been moded, so you can play with others. Seriously I don't understand why most of the people put stuff into Data. 3.pak; many experienced moders are here so they should know it's possible to mod the game with separate folder. I'm not full of myself or anything, just saying.
