Removes the death penalty for Survivor experience and Legend experience. Updated for compatibility with the new Enhanced Edition.

Easy Installation:
- Extract Data3.pak to steamapps/common/Dying Light/DW.
Manual Installation (For a DIY compatibility patch):
- Find "SurvivalPenaltyOnDeath" in skills/default_levels.xml, and replace all values with -0.
- - Find all traces of DeathPenaltyLegendXPFactor in scripts/difficultyparams.scr, and replace all values with 0. 0.
