Grappling Hook is so fun
Makes the grappling hook actually feel powerful with three focused changes:
- Longer rope — reach is ~80% longer than vanilla, letting you hook across much greater distances
- Near-zero cooldown — energy regenerates almost instantly, so you can chain hooks back-to-back with no waiting
- Pull zombies — use the hook offensively to yank enemies toward you, complete with a brief slowmo effect on pull
No difficulty tweaks, no gravity changes, no other mechanics touched. Just the grappling hook, the way it should have been.
Installation: Drop DataEn.pak into Steam/steamapps/common/Dying Light/DW_DLC39/.
