Comprehensive Gameplay Mechanism Optimization

This is a comprehensive gameplay-tweak script for Dustland Delivery. It focuses on stabilizing starting equipment, character attributes, tavern interactions, and private trading. Current script features: 1. Legendary starting equipment: when a new game begins, quality-capable equipment on party members and initial spare equipment is promoted to legendary quality (purple, Level=2, base equipment ID + 200). Equipment that cannot be read safely or would exceed the safe ID range is skipped. 2. Stable starting attributes: preset and mod characters load their attributes strictly from People.csv, removing the original random stat fluctuation on entry. Custom protagonists are excluded from this correction. 3. Negative random Buff cleanup for vanilla characters: vanilla characters, including recruitable NPCs, farmers, workers, and breeders, automatically lose random negative Buffs while keeping positive Buffs and fixed Buffs defined in the character table. Mod characters are not affected. 4. Private-trade price reading fix: private trade now rereads prices for items, equipment, materials, food, and vehicle parts. High-ID mod items and equipment first use their own Price or the matching table Price, and only fall back to 0 when no price can be read. 5. Vanilla trade-price calibration: built-in calibration covers vanilla trade junk, vanilla items, vanilla equipment, and vanilla vehicle parts, reducing mismatches between displayed prices and actual trade calculations. 6. Cash face-value fix: credit items (ID 1006) are evaluated at face value in private trade, avoiding incorrect effects from equipment quality, item level, or half-price logic. 7. More cash for tavern private-trade NPCs: tavern NPCs entering private trade carry 25000 to 50000 cash, making it easier to sell expensive goods. 8. Private-trade success-rate correction: displayed reference prices, trade success rate, and final deal checks use the same corrected price-reading logic and try to match the item ordering show
