Horizon Arms

Adds Firearms from Horizon Arms, an advanced pre-fall Weapons Manufacturer. The weapons are powerful, but hard to craft. It is intended for late-game players. A Powerful Energy revolver given to executives within Horizon Arms. Has high accuracy and Damage (Probably unbalanced) Horizon Arms Standard Issue assault rifle given to it's private security forces. The base variant fires in a burst of 3 and deals between 13 - 17 damage. Horizon Arms Combat Shotgun, fires in a burst of 2 and deals between 15 - 21 damage. Horizon Arms Sniper Rifle, very expensive to make, but it deals high damage and has high accuracy. Horizon Arms radical compact SMG design, doesn't deal much damage but fires in a burst of 7 cheap crude throwing knife, useful for early game panic moments. The Greataxe, a Powerful late game melee weapon. Horizon Arms Eyepiece, increases accuracy of all weapons and improves damage slightly.
