===============the way to use the mod=================

It works if you are not using other mods that alter the merchants in any way. All of these mods seem to step all over each other, so you can basically only use one Mod at a time that changes the contents of any stores in the game.

Just go to Act 1, reagent dealer Arcanist Bernard (with the Gem on his head) have most items.
