Al-bahr Tower

Once a rock emerging from the Azure sea, the legends say that a powerful sorcerer created Al-bahr tower by magically transmuting the stone that forms the structure with the help of Keledek the Unspoken. Located off-the-coast of Saltmarsh, the tower features four floors connected through portals and containing all the necessary amenities for any arcane caster. The first floor is dedicated to communal living, and it features sitting and dinning areas, as well as space to prepare food. The second floor contains a library full of ancient tomes and an arcane study. A small garden is the centrepiece of this floor, which is further decorated with the weapons taken from fallen enemies. The third floor consists of the sorcerer's sleeping quarters, with an additional bed for guests and a common room at the centre of the floor, which is illuminated by a large light well at the top of the tower. The basement, accessed through a portal on the top floor, contains the treasure vault and a cistern that provides water to the residence, but also functions as a trap that will flood the vault in the presence of unwanted guests. Outside the tower there are buildings providing accommodation for the servants and guards that work in the building, a storehouse, a dungeon, a luxurious hammam, and a gatehouse that also serves as the shelter for the sorcerer's pet, a telepathic lobster called Shern.
