Zanthora's Laboratory

This is the laboratory of an ancient necromancer-alchemist named Zanthora. The third floor is blocked by doors and traps. And on the first two floors, a gang called the "Rat Union" has placed its lair, led by Nayrika. Also, they have an alchemist Sorgan in their gang. Zanthora died long ago and now, if you do not try to get to the third floor, you can live in peace in the dungeon, which is what Nayrika's gang takes advantage of. If you look at the maps in my workshop in sequence, then keep in mind that this map was released earlier than the plot requires. After this map, there will be maps from An'berek (an island near Haprezim) again. According to the plot - Haprezim, then An'berek, then the players return to the mainland, travel a little and eventually end up in the Zanthora's laboratory (the area there is no longer deserted).
