Mount Vorumm - The Peak - 3 of 3

The locals of this region call this place Mount Vorumm, an inactive volcano which many used to fear, teetering on the brink of eruption now as a group of fiends and cultists have set the steps in motion to cause a massive eruption. The final push, the peak of the mountain is in sight, a brief moment to gather their breath and the party rush forwards, charging up the stairs and finding themselves stuck at a gate, a wall of flames and a brazier separate them from the opposite side, a larger crystal which is powering both of them is seen, and swiftly destroyed, causing the wall of fire to drop. They enter, finding themselves inside an area with enemies, they battle it out as crystals from up top fire upon them, the volcano seeming to shake and almost awaken, time is almost out (or maybe it already is depending if your party long rested or took to long) a stone tower sits in this area, with combatants inside it firing down at them. Winding around the bend, the group find themselves having to jump across gaps and leaps of grandeur size, with flying creatures attacking them, goading them forwards and attempting to dunk them into the lava below, seeming almost defeated at the sight of the party having pushed this far, they are desperate to unleash whatever is to come. One final gate is all that stands between the party and the peak now, destroying it, they push inwards, the last of those who wish to stop them make their last stand here, the party swiftly killing them and ascending to the top. The boss fight begins and the party either interrupt or failed to interrupt a fiendish summoning, perhaps a portal is being opened or the simple volcanic erupting is happening, whatever you decide for your players, I hope it is fun!
