Hags Lair, Underground Lair, Cave Lair

This is underground lair of a hag. Players find her diary on her desk which outlines her diabolical plan to drain souls to empower a spell. She's collected enough souls for an experiment. The pink-ish vats around the rooms are the collected power. As players finish reading the diary, it activates a trap and the sand in the giant hourglass begins to fall. They have 3 turns to destroy the vats. After 3 turns a massive flesh monster comes out of the well, empowered by the vats (each vat 10% of creatures total HP) to assault them. This massive creature can destroy the environment as well. The ladder leads to an alternate exit/entrance, the starwell down allows them to travel across the room to the other stairwell.
