Cruciferous Witch's Hut

"Always remember children, that if, as you travel the forest, you start to encounter garden patches, with cabbages, cauliflower, kale, and, yes, even brussels sprouts, that you should take heed, and tread carefully, for you may be drawing near to the home of the Cruciferous Witch! And many are the sad tales of those that have crossed her and paid the price!" - Cerid the Bard. The Cruciferous Witch is a enigma. Is she, as some have said, merely a kindly soul driven mad by her loss to the arch-druid Ythvis in the Best Cabbage category at some long-ago harvest festival, her youth maintained by her excessively nutritious diet of genus Brassica? Or, is the truth darker, does she threaten passerby with her Cursed Kale, her Corrupted Cabbage, her Caustic Cauliflower and her faithful but disturbing Brussels Sproutling Minions? Think twice before you enter her giant vegetable dwelling, where some say she offers blood sacrifices to the Dark Heart of the Cabbage that lies within!
