This changes the cutscenes where goku charges up his spirit bomb against Vegeta and also when Vegeta is defeated to play the Faulconer music

This mod will remove subtitles from the video and also the Japanese audio has been removed.

Just extract it into your games folder e.g (steam/steamapps/common/)

Also might be worth making a backup of the original video as this replaces it.

Install via a mod manager (Vortex or Mod Organizer 2). Most mods drop into the game folder.
