Replaces all the transformation animations to be a fast burst, saving a few milliseconds.
A mod that nobody, except me, wanted. Changes the transformation animations to be a burst effect similar to Gotenks' transformations base game. It saves around 0. 4 to 1 second(s). The forms do have different coloring like blue, white, and red.
