Given Earth's Mightiest HD Edition is coming out with so many powerful new transformations, I wanted to balance things a bit and make a boss fight to match those new transformations, and a long while ago when I had made a Black Frieza Boss for SD edition (which was tragically stolen and reposted ? but maybe I should be flattered)
