THIS MOD DISABLE ONLINE PLAY AND CAUSE SOME BUGS  IN THE STORY MODE

RECOMMEND LIMIT TO 40 FPS INSTEAD: CHANGING 30 FOR 40 IN THE CODE (OR DOWNLOAD IT)

Game speed is tied to framerate, if your PC can't run the game at 60 FPS you may experiment a gameplay experience where character movements, cinematics and animations like real-time transformations are very slow despite playing above 30+ FPS.

This mod limits the game engine to 30 FPS, resulting in a very smooth and fluid experience for low-end PCs.

This mod may affect some cinematics in story mode, apparently some frames freeze (you can still skip them or go to the next character line), however the gameplay is stable and I haven't noticed any bugs.

My PC specs:

Processor: Intel Xeon E31260L (4N/8T at 2. 4GHZ)

Graphics: RX 460 4GB (also tested with a GTX 1060 6GB)

If the file you downloaded does not work, consider using the code provided in the instructions

INSTRUCTION:

• []With the game closed go to: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SparkingZERO\Saved\Config\Windows

  []Open the file name: Engine.ini (If it doesn't exist open the game to create the file, close the game and go back to step 1)

  []Paste the following code for 30 FPS in a new line inside Engine.ini:

  FixedFrameRate=30

  bUseFixedFrameRate=True

  bSmoothFrameRate=False

  FixedFrameRate=30

  FrameRateLimit=30

  []Save the modified Engine.ini file and enjoy the game limited to 30 FPS.
