Shathann's memento with Taash's jewelery

As spelled on the tin, Shathann's horn memento will now be visible alongside all Taash's jewelery after they choose to honour her memory the Qunari way.

The Item slot has been changed to HM_Slot_Head_Hair3 so it will surely confict with any edits of Taash's armours/appearances that will utilise this slot.
