Pop that collar

I have replaced the player cloak with the NPC cloak so that you have the upturned collar, this should be compatible with any recolors as they use the same texture as far as I am aware. If your rook has long hair you can also use it, it doesn't cause any crazy issues, when I tested it the hair would just ignore it like the collar wasn't there.

I used Slightly Darker Shadow Dragons in some of the screenshots.

Not yet sure if this will conflict with other armor mods, please feel free to comment if there are issues, I tried to bundle it to make sure but i'm having a hard time doing so.
