NPC Outfits for Rook

Rook already have the coolest outfit on this game, so we might as well give him some of the ugly ones, right? This mod replaces the starter armors, as well as some of the Dextrous Leathers and Insulated suits with various outfits from NPCs.

This mod is not compatible with the Swap Library or other mod that modifies the rootlevel/description file

(Tested in Human Male)
