Fen'Harel Inspired Vallaslin - Version 2

I previously made another Fen'harel vallaslin here, but decided that you can never have enough styles or options! This time I focused on more of a spirit and traditional vallaslin style, rather than a wolf design.

This vallaslin will replace tattoo #17 and has parts which can be hidden by lowering the opacity for the centre, left, and right intensity sliders.
