Varric's Inquisition wardrobe

Description

This mod replaces Varric's default outfit by some armours that I've ported back from Dragon Age Inquisition.

Files compatible with "Diversified Follower Armors" are to be found under the "Miscellaneous" section.

Installation

• []For "Diversified Follower Armors" users only

  Pick one or more files, unzip them and drop their .erf files into your override directory (located in C:\ ...\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override).

  Launch the game and run the developer's console then:

  - for Dragon Armor red, type: runscript var_dragonarmour_red

  - for Dragon Armor white, type: runscript var_dragonarmour_white

  - for Shabrytol bolter, type: runscript var_shabrytol_bolter

  - for Surfacer, type: type: runscript var_surfacer

  - for Westhaupt black and green, type: runscript var_westhaupt_black

  - for Westhaupt silver and blue, type: runscript var_westhaupt_silver

  The commands above are also included in the readme of each file.

  Under "optional files", I've added a script to get all armours at once. Unzip it and drop the .erf file into your override directory.

  Run it by typing:  runscript viw_addall

  Note: I didn't want Varric to be over powered so the armours stats are very close to his vanilla armour stats.

    Pick one file, unzip it and drop the .erf file into your override directory (located in C:\ ...\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override).

    Launch the game, Varric should be already wearing the armour.

    Un-installation

    ============

    Remove the .erf file(s) from your override directory.

    Incompatibility

    ============

    The mod will conflict with any recolour/retexture of Varric's vanilla outfit.

    Varric's appearance has been locked in "Equip Your Party". His armour will never change so using my mod will be pointless.

    To Zimpra for letting me know that it's possible to use the bone weighting from Inquisition in DA2, it really took a thorn out of my side.
