Rivalry Fix For Anders Romance Dialogue Overhaul

What's the bug?

• []Anders Romance Dialogue Overhaul by QuenchedSteel (as well as a couple of other mods which modify gen00fl_anders.cnv) are missing a plot flag which is required to complete Anders' rivalry in the climax.

  []This plot flag is set in the rivalry version of his Act 3 Questioning Beliefs, and if it is missing then his endgame rivalry dialogue in The Last Straw immediately after will not play correctly, causing him to seemingly revert to the friendship path at a crucial moment.

  []This specific plot flag was, on release, never actually set at the appropriate time. This was corrected in an official patch, but it is still missing from the outdated version of the file included in a couple of mods.

  []Since QuenchedSteel is no longer modding, I have uploaded this fix myself as a separate file.

  How does the fix work?

  • []If you install the fix before Anders' Act 3 Questioning Beliefs, the flag will be set during his rivalry conversation, as it is in the official patch.

    []Since this part of the fix only modifies a small isolated file from the conversation, rather than the conversation as a whole, it should be compatible with any and all Anders mods.

    []If you install the fix after Anders' Act 3 Questioning Beliefs, and you have an Anders endgame rivalry active, the flag will be set when you first enter Lowtown during The Last Straw.

    []Since this part of the fix runs on area load, it will be compatible with any and all climax mods.
