Karl Thekla - Actual Human Mage

So here's a fun fact: Karl does not technically have a head. Like a large number of (mostly male) NPCs, Karl uses the base head mesh with just hair and textures slapped on.

Embarrassing, especially for Anders. So I've changed it, taking inspiration along the way from eluvianmending's Younger Karl.

He now has black hair, stubble in place of his beard, bushier eyebrows, and slightly darker eyes and skin. Looks a bit like Alain Uy if you squint.
