Haste Sustainable

This abi_base edit changes the Haste spell to be a sustained spell like in DA:O. There is no increased party movement speed outside of combat. Exact changes made to Haste: - Made to be sustainable - Initial spell increases combat attack speed by 25% - Upgrade increases combat attack speed by another 25% - Either costs 5% or 10% of mana upkeep (depends on version downloaded) Changes were made to the percent increase in speed in order to total vanilla 50%, but still have the upgrade a worthwhile pick since it only increased duration of vanilla Haste. How to install: Extract file to Documents > Bioware > Dragon age II > Packages > Core > Override Conflicts: Any abi_base edit that also changes the Haste spell and its upgrade (cooldowns, duration, etc.). No other conflicts anticipated. Possible future changes: - Increased movement speed outside of combat. - Slightly reduced talent/spell cooldowns
