DAI Bloodsmear Tattoos

By request, Hawke's warpaint options from DAI, in tattoo form.  🙂

The chargenmorph line to add is "art/characters/playercharacter/shared/heads/textures/mt_tat_daihwk_0t", or you can use a chargenmorph merger/compiler to combine the provided one with any other chargenmorphs.
