I could not find any Mod that combines both - respectively there are Mods that either reduce Cooldown of SingleHeal to 5s or remove HealingAura. Unfortunaly none of these Mods work together. So this is the Mod that combines both!

This Mod reduces the CD of SingleHeal (5s) and makes GrpHeal castable without HealingAura.
<<How to install>>
Just copy the abi_base.gda into your override directory.
<<How to uninstall>>
Just remove the abi_base.gda from your override directory.
<<Compatibility>>
Should work with other mods that dont edit the same skills.
