CHARGEN AND PARTYPICKER TWEAK

This changes the upper half or 'sky' of the character creator, to be a pink clouded sky. This is a WIP while I play with ways to change these screens (Ive found a few methods that work but need more testing :D)

This only changes the 'upper half', and is meant for people who hate the plain black like me. Good for seeing darker hairstyles against the background and for contrast reasons. Currently I can't change the font colors, but when you highlight them you see them just fine, so it's no big deal.

INSTALLATION

Drop the erf labelled 'patch' into override. You can even rename it whatever you like.

do whatever you want with this. also taking cloud color requests, if you so fancy.
