Blood Dragon and Ser Isaacs Armor Evolution

This is my first mod of any type so sorry if it\'s not that great. Both Armors level up with your characters and I replaced the Stat restrictions with some small beneficial stats. The Blood Dragon armor focuses on stat boosts a warrior would use like Health and Stamina regen. Ser Isaac\'s Armor is made to help mages and rogues more with Mana Regen and Critical boost and things along those lines. Both Armor\'s gloves give small Attack Speed boosts and the Helmets give a Small AOE On-Hit. I hope you guys enjoy this mod.
