UPDATE AS OF 23 MARCH 2016: While still available as a standalone, this mod is also offered as part of a larger Anders romance dialogue overhaul mod, and may be more to your tastes. If you install the linked mod, you MUST uninstall or overwrite this one while installing.
UPDATE AS OF 24 APRIL 2016: There now exists a separate, compatible automatic Anders romance outfit change.
Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin.
This is my first time doing this sort of thing, unless you count an unpublished tattoo mod featured here in passing and an unpublished DAO hair mesh export, so please let me know if you encounter any bugs! It should be set up such that it will not result in an accidental kiss for Friendship non-romance routes, but I haven't tested it extensively so I make no promises. Currently there is some unexpected functionality wherein you will still receive the kiss scene if you break up with Anders in the Gallows, but scenarios where someone installs this mod and then takes that route are sufficiently rare that I don't expect any issue. If this case does apply to you, go ahead and let me know and I'll try to figure out a workaround.
Should not have any compatibility issues unless you have another Anders dialogue modification mod, which I have literally never seen ever. Has been tested with some other Anders texture mods with no issues.
Installation: copy file into your game's Override folder.
Uninstall: delete file from your game's Override folder.
