This is a mod I bring from another platform and I think it's helpful for the people who want to unlock all the abilities include all the specialization. In this modhttps://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage2/mods/2213 the author remove all restirctions except speccializations, and this mod fix that.
I uploaded this mod without the authorization from the origin author because I can't find him(this is a pretty old game). So if the author upload this I'll remove this mod from nexus.
