Ability Prereqs removed PLUS Haste Barrier fix

This mod removes ability point restrictions and level restrictions so you can choose to spend your points in talents and spells that you care about without wasting them on unnecessary ones. This INCLUDES Sebastian and Tallis' special ability trees and accounts for the v1. 04 patch of the game.

Just a note that the skill tree restrictions do apply. For example, you can't attain the Firestorm spell without first selecting Fireball.

Another note. This mod also includes the fixes to Haste and Barrier being affected by magic resistance so please don't use any other mods which do that.

About the files:

• []Abi Basemodded and Abi Patchmodded contain most of the abilities. The Abi Eyemodded and Abi Sebmodded contain abilities specific to Tallis and Sebastian respectively.

  []Obviously, check your mods for any gda files that affect abilities. They may overwrite this mod or vice versa. Use GDApp to just adjust the values in my files. For example,  if you wish to have the benefits of Reverse Blood Sacrifice mod without overwriting this one, just use GDApp on my Abi Basemodded file, find the Blood Sacrifice spell and change the Target Type column value to 6 (affects Ally & Enemy)

  Installation:

  Just extract the folder into Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age 2\packages\core\override
