The Most Common Occurrence which causes problems: 1. Installed old version 2. Saved with old version 3. Uninstalled old version 4. Installed new version 5. Loaded save from step 2 - This will not load the new content, as it is a save AFTER the old version was installed. You must load a pre-existing save, a save you made before step 1 in this list.
