Yet Another Morrigan Intro Fix

Foremost, I'd like to mention a mod that dealt with the bug first - Morrigan intro cutscene weapons by Metalunancy. Inspired by it, I decided to tweak the cutscene a bit differently myself.

The bug:

Our party doesn't have their weapons displayed when they meet Morrigan - Bioware most probably decided to disable them because they had encountered the unexplainable issue with an odd position of the Warden and Jory's weapons. Metalunancy mentioned it too, and the bug is still there in this particular cutscene. Alistair and Daveth don't seem to be affected by it.

Tweaks:

Metalunancy enabled the weapons for our entire party - I decided to enable it only for our companions, excluding the main character, as to avoid an unimmersive situation where the player's one handed weapon is actually upside down when it's sheathed on the side.

One can explain it - the Warden puts the weapon/weapons down while checking the chest. After the cutscene ends, the player's weapon appears correctly during the conversation with Morrigan. Jory's weapon still needs readjusting manually later, unequipping the armour and weapon fixes it.

Additional changes:

- localisation of the modded cutscene for each supported language, Metalunancy's mod displayed Morrigan's lines in English only

- a compatibility of sorts for any mod that changes Morrigan's staff to another model, like DAEvolved or Hoods and Gear (for the girls) - the vanilla cutscene uses a fixed staff that overrides whatever weapon she's got in her current .utc file. I changed it, so that she's going to equip the very weapon she has during the gameplay

Best installed before entering Korcari Wilds for the first time - so Morrigan's cutscene weapon matches her current staff for certain.
