The Ceremonial Armored Gloves are a very rare drop from several NPCs, but not guaranteed from any of them.
This file should guarantee the drop from the Assassin Leader in the Forest Stream random encounter - he already had the gloves in his inventory, and, as they are not equipped, it seems logical that they were intended as loot.

To Install:

Place the tsm_ceremonial_gloves folder in the game's manual override directory, i.e. \Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age\packages\core\override.

Delete the tsm_ceremonial_gloves folder.

Known Issues:

Will conflict with any other mod changing ran409cr_assasin_leader.utc.
Must be installed prior to entering the Forest Stream random encounter map. And of course you have to kill the Assassin Leader... no mercy, or no gloves.

The random encounter used by the mod only occurs as a part of Leliana's personal quest. If she has not been recruited or playing through her personal quest is undesirable, the gloves can be obtained with a different mod: ceremonial heavy glove FIX adds the gloves (and several other difficult to obtain items) to Bodahn's goods in the Party Camp.
